These Terms govern your use of Stayly. By using our service you agree to these terms. Stayly facilitates bookings between guests and independent hosts. Hosts are responsible for their listings; Stayly is responsible for the platform and payments processing.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking number. Payment is due within 48 hours by bank transfer using the reference shown on your confirmation.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until payment is received. After payment, the host's cancellation policy applies.

3. House rules

Guests must follow the rules listed on each property page. Damage may be charged to the security deposit.

4. Liability

Stayly is not liable for the conduct of hosts or guests beyond facilitating the booking.
