How do I pay?
All bookings are paid by bank transfer. After confirming, you'll see the host's bank details and a unique reference. Your booking is held for 48 hours pending payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel free of charge until payment is received. After payment, the host's cancellation policy applies.
When will I receive my confirmation?
Immediately on screen, plus by email within minutes.

All connections are encrypted, and we comply with GDPR. We never share your personal data with third parties without consent.
